Cozy alpine cabin in Trysil / Fageråsen/ 4 beds

Well-equipped cozy cabin on two floors, 4 bedrooms, sauna, living room and kitchen, located perfectly in relation to ski lifts, ski slopes, cafes, bars and restaurants. The high mountain is just behind the cabin area. There is a bus directly from Oslo to the turnaround a few hundred meters from the cabin. Located in the immediate vicinity of Fjellrunden which connects Trysil's amazing bike trails. Ski in/out only 50-100 meters from the cabin. Address is Fageråsen 1147 The space Cozy cabin with up to 12 beds. Good view of the mountains. The cabin is well equipped with a newer kitchen and 2 new bathrooms in 2018. Sauna in one bathroom. NB, there is an additional 1 bedroom that is locked and used privately. In special cases, if 5 bedrooms are needed, this can be rented for an additional fee and by agreement. But we do not want more than the stated 12 guests. Large dining area for all guests, and large living room on the 2. floor. 2 bedrooms on the 1. floor, 2 bedrooms on the 2. floor There is an entrance from the terrace and into the dining room/kitchen. From this room there is access to all rooms on the 1st floor. There are also hooks to hang up outdoor clothes. There are hooks for hanging clothes in all bedrooms, and large shelves for placing luggage. Unfortunately, we don't have a separate room for a wardrobe, but we know that many guests use the nearest bedroom for this. Guest access The entire cabin is available for guests unless otherwise agreed before booking. There are duvets and pillows corresponding to the number of beds. The alpine center that you drive past 200 meters before the cabin, offers rental of bed linen for NOK 175 per set (duvet cover, pillowcase and towel, tenant pick up yourself, unless otherwise agreed) Limited opening hours. Alternatively, our cleaner can prepare everything, ready for 200 NOK per guest. Provide feedback on the need for alternative 2 bedding in GOOD TIME before arrival. Other things to note In low season we can be flexible on check in and check out times We prefer to rent out entire weeks Sunday to Sunday in the winter season, alternatively Saturday to Saturday. BUT send a request for direct booking and we will probably agree. NB; Get in touch BEFORE booking if; - Large groups of friends and / or persons under 25 years who want to rent We want to rent to families with children and/or adults who want to enjoy themselves and enjoy the mountain. If the tenant is under 25 years old, or larger groups of friends who will only meet socially /to party, please contact before booking for a chat. Better to agree ahead of time than we have to cancel due to violations of our terms. As a starting point, the electricity is included in the rent. However, we ask tenants to take extra account of what is necessary electricity usage. Electric car charger can be borrowed for payment of actual consumption(unlocked with app from the landlord. Charging with cable otherwise will result in eviction without return of paid rent.
