The vacation home occupies the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse, one of the very few located right by the sea. After careful restoration work, the apartment was completed only a few years ago. Even its name, Casa sullo Scoglio, keeps its promise. Just beyond the small garden gate is a sandy bay framed by rocks, easily accessible even for children. From the front terrace, you can enjoy a truly unique sea view! Here you can have breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea or spend romantic evenings by candlelight, perhaps with a glass of Primitivo, letting yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves. The terrace leads directly to the living room, from which you can continue to admire the sea. The room has a dining area connected to a well-equipped, open-plan masonry kitchen. Casa sullo Scoglio is a good, mid-range accommodation with two bedrooms. The apartment has two entrances, one in the front and one in the back. There is a sandy bay right in front of the house, while another picturesque cove, made famous by the film "Maria, ihm schmeckt's nicht", is immediately behind the property. Guest access Guests of Casa sullo scoglio have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the front terrace with sea view as well as the veranda at the rear of the property. Advantage: The apartment has two separate entrances. Other things to note Rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday. Please contact us if you would like to change the dates of your holiday. Check-in: usually 14.00 - 17.00 hrs. If the flight times are different, please let us know. Handover may also take place later in the evening. Check-Out: 07.00 - 09.30 hrs. ADDITIONAL COSTS: Bed and bath linen (for a fee) You can either bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them for a fee. In the latter case, the beds will be ready for you on arrival.
