Guesthouse-Tiny house Middelsea

On the border between Leeuwarden and the village of Goutum, the accommodation is located in our spacious backyard with full privacy. The cycling distance (2 bicycles and tandem available) to the city center is less than 10 minutes. On the west side, there is a terrace of about 16 m2 with furniture where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late in the evening. The location is located on open water, you can fish and swim in summer and use the canoe and an electric rental sloop. The space The accommodation is located on the edge of the former Middelsee, which Leeuwarden used to border. The Middelsee was gradually pushed back by the construction of dikes, the Boksumerdyk where we live dates from 1275! The accommodation is suitable for 2 people, in consultation 3 people can possibly stay for a single night (sofa bed), this is a bit tight. The surface area is approximately 27.5 m2. You have a pantry kitchen, shower/toilet and separate bedroom. On the west side, there is a terrace of about 15 m2 with lounge furniture where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late in the evening. Fire bowl and dried wood are available for a cozy campfire. For longer periods of stay (especially outside the high season), we can agree on adjusted rates. Guest access The accommodation is located in our backyard, which is easily accessible via the driveway. The backyard may be used freely.
