Not far from the beautiful city center of Lüdinghausen, our new and very modern apartment is situated in a quiet location. Cycling and hiking trails along the Stever are right outside the front door. The attic apartment in the 2-family house was last renovated in 2023, modernly furnished and equipped. 2 1/2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and the spacious living and dining area invite you to linger. The space The 80 sqm apartment is very modern and exquisitely furnished. The whole apartment is newly built and everything was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with daylight and rain shower, an open kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine, a spacious living and dining area with adjoining south-facing balcony, two bedrooms with box spring beds (1.80 x 2.0 m) and another single bed in another room, which is accessible via one of the two bedrooms. Our guests will find everything they could ever need (wine and champagne glasses and much more). Incl. bed linen and towels. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Guest access Our guests can reach the apartment on the 1st floor via a staircase and parking spaces are right outside the front door. Other things to note Please note that we have structurally adapted the apartment in winter 2022/2023. We are happy to answer any questions and requests you might have.
