Home from home with a few luxuries

We are an end property on a private drive, to the side we have open walk ways leading down to a park and duck / fishing ponds, if lucky you can spot the buzzard that perches 100 yards to us, we are in a quiet area Close to local buses and railway station. The town centre is within a 15 min walking distance, we are approx 20 mins to Worcester and about the same to Birmingham city centre by car. The airport is approximately 30 mins away. A light breakfast will be included The space You will have a double bedroom to the back of the property which has an en-suite bathroom, comprising of an automatic bathroom light, toilet, sink, bath and an over head shower. There is a Tv in bedroom and free WiFi access. 2 bathrobes are in the en-suite for guests to freely use the hot tub. Guest access You are welcome to accompany us in the lounge, garden, bar, hot tub and use of the washing machine and tumble dryer. The rear garden can be used if you are a smoker. We have a hot tub included in the price with robes in the guest bathroom. we also have a partially stocked garden bar all we ask is a donation towards replacing items that may be drunk to be left in the bedroom on departure . ( we don’t monitor this as a donation is adequate) During your stay We are available most times of the day except for Sunday mornings due to work commitments. Other things to note A light breakfast will be provided. We have a very friendly bulldog who is our family pet, we also have a 12 yr old grandson who resides with us but isn’t usually around weekends and is a polite quiet boy.
