El Cercado Farm (Guest House)

Lovely cottage and private estate of 50 hectares totally walled in the heart of nature. There are two independent houses that can be occupied together or separately: - Main house with 7 double en-suite bedrooms and capacity for 14–16 people (for more information, see Finca El Cercado (Main House)) - Casa de Invitados with 2 rooms and capacity for 3-4 people. It also has a separate Event Pavilion. The space It's great for groups of friends and families. A dream setting to enjoy the countryside, the amazing views and silence in total exclusivity. The Casa de Invitados has a double room with a double bed, a single, a full bathroom, and a large diaphanous space that integrates a kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace, library and TV, all with large windows in the countryside. The living room has a double sofa bed. And a terrace under the almonds with an outdoor barbecue. The capacity is for 3 to 4 people. The Main House has 7 double rooms each with its own bathroom, two with a double bed and the other five with two beds. It has a living room with fireplace and library in various environments, dining room also with fireplace and open to terraces for up to 14 people, large kitchen perfectly equipped with table for 8 people, and on the ground floor another living room with TV, music, DVD film collection, games and books also for children, with direct access to the garden. Apart there are 2 extra beds for children. The capacity is for 14 to 16 people. Homes can be occupied together or separately, and each has its own Airbnb listing. Guest access Enjoy the entire farm, paths lined with almond trees for walking, century-old trees, large 13m x 4m pool with furnished porch and hammocks, normally open from June to September depending on the weather, farm with fresh eggs and organic garden with fresh aromatic herbs for cooking, different terraces with views over the valley, outdoor dining room, barbecues in each house with plenty of dry wood. Other things to note There are 10% discounts for one-week stays. To enjoy the entire property with total exclusivity but without occupying the Guest House, it can be blocked with 50% of its cost. Check with the property. Pets are accepted under the responsibility of their owners. Our loving dog lives on the property, and he is always happy to welcome new friends. During the winter months, an extra €100 will be charged for heating and firewood costs for stays of up to 4 days.
