Sealight Beach House is a 4-bedroom house located in a peaceful private beach estate in West Sussex, approx. 1h30min from London. It has wonderful sea views and direct access to Elmer Sands beach. A 700 sq. ft South facing open plan living and its unique upside down layout allows the most sociable spaces to enjoy panoramic sea views. There are two private gardens separated by a small footpath. The house garden has a hot tub and the 2nd garden has direct access to the coastal path and the beach The space Ground floor: - 2 large bedrooms with king-size beds - direct access to enclosed garden and hot tub - 1 double bedroom with two single beds. - 1 large shower room First floor: - 700 sq. ft open kitchen/living/dining with terrace. Panoramic Seaviews. - 1 double bedroom with bunk beds - 1 large shower room Outside space: - 1 enclosed garden (2000 sq. ft) with hot tub and - 1 second private garden (greensward approx 2500 sq.ft) - direct access to the coastal path and the beach. Both are separated by a small footpath. Guest access Located in Elmer Sands private estate. Private parking onsite for 3 cars. Electric car charger for our guests Other things to note Two small/medium dogs belonging to the guest are welcome on the understanding that the guest is totally responsible for their behaviour and well-being, they are always under control, not left unsupervised in the Property and kept off the furniture, including beds and not allowed in the carpeted bedrooms. Please note that the tenant is responsible for collecting and disposing dog waste from both garden areas.
