Home on Lake Belau

Wake up to birdsong, take a short swim in the nearby lake (250 m to the swimming area) and then start the day with breakfast on the terrace with stunning views over the fields - that's a vacation at Lake Belau! Our bungalow, built in the Danish style in 2018, offers 97 square meters of living comfort and coziness for two to five people plus a four-legged friend (dog). The light-flooded rooms invite you to linger. Two terraces offer relaxation at any time of the day. The space The heart of the house is the large living and dining area with a ceiling that opens up to the gable. The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven leaves nothing to be desired. A basic set of spices, oil, coffee and tea is provided. The large dining table offers relaxed space for eight people. From the kitchen you enter the protected southeast terrace with magnificent view over the fields. On the living room side is the covered southwest terrace, which invites you to a sundowner with its couch and garden view. A large couch corner with TV and DVD offer rounds off this area. Of course, there is also a bookshelf with a selection of books. In the hallway area, which is separated by a door, there is a large bedroom with a 1.80 x 2 m box spring bed and a large wardrobe. Opposite is a smaller room with a pull-out day bed (two 80 x 200 cm mattresses), a small table with chair and a chest of drawers. Some children's toys are available for bad weather. A travel bed and a high chair are provided on request. The bathroom with an open shower (towels and hair dryer are of course available) and a separate guest toilet complete the sleeping area. The house is at ground level and is centrally heated in all rooms via underfloor heating with a heat pump. There is also a washing machine with dryer in the utility room. Parking is possible under the private carport with covered access to the utility room and a shed holds two bicycles as well as a grill, umbrella and sun loungers. Enjoy the tranquility and views over the fields and relax in your own garden! The house is situated away from the village road in a small new development area at the end of the adjacent road. Children still play carefree on the street or romp over the adjacent field. The garden is also completely fenced. A footpath leads to the swimming area at Lake Belau within 3 minutes. In addition, there is a dirt road for a short walk with your four-legged friend. At the neighboring farmer, you can still get eggs from happy chickens and horses graze peacefully next to sheep and cows on the surrounding paddocks.
