At the foot of the slopes, chic & spacious apartment

Cozy and welcoming 90 m² (969 sq ft) apartment, located on the ground floor, comprising 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm); Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), 1 mattress (90 x 200 cm); Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm). Sheets and towels provided as an option (€15/bed) The space Upon entering the apartment, you arrive in a large 8 m2 airlock that allows you to drop off all your ski gear, before entering the living room. The living/dining room is equipped with a large high table for 8/9 people with a mountain-style wooden bar seat. The kitchen is right next to this table, American-style kitchen, all length equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fondue machine, raclette machine, waffle maker, NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, and everything you need in a normal kitchen. One of the 3 bedrooms is very large (18 m2) and contains a double bed and 2 single beds, + an extra bed just in case (mattress slipped under the 2 bunk beds), either 4 or 5 beds. The 5th bed is more of an extra bed. The 2nd bedroom is of normal size (12 m2) and contains a double bed + its own bathroom with bathtub. The 3rd bedroom is small (8 m2) and contains just a double bed, and a dresser. The 2nd bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. It is available for the 1st bedroom and the 3rd bedroom. A 2nd toilet is available at the back of the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to almost the entire apartment, the terrace and a ski room. We just have a small 2 m2 room at the back of the apartment which is our "privacy area". To access the apartment, there is a key box that is located next to the front door of the apartment. The front door of the apartment is directly accessible from the parking lot. Access to the apartment is not through the main entrance of the building. Other things to note The apartment contains a brand new and fully equipped kitchen, with glass-ceramic cooktop, rotating heat oven, microwave oven, fondue machine, raclette machine, waffle machine, Nespresso machine, BOSE BLUETOOTH speakers...
