Large architect-designed villa by Lake Mälaren, with magnificent views and your own dock, large hot tub and two saunas. The property has a total floor area of 233 m² and comprises five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest WC. Large hot tub for 7 people (winter heated), wood-fired sauna on the jetty, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal layout. Perfect for a luxury spa weekend or a creative meeting with the colleagues at the company. The space The villa is well thought out and well-planned. Throughout, we've made sure that quality and aesthetics have gone hand in hand down to the level of detail. There are large generous sliding glass doors to the balcony and deck, beautiful single-board parquet in all rooms, water-borne floor heating, fully tiled bathrooms, one of which with sauna, spotlights in the ceiling, up to 3.4 m ceiling height, and a beautiful staircase in oak and glass between the two planes. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms with 12 beds (including two beds in the guest house). The 12 beds can either be furnished as 6 double beds (180 wide) or as 12 single beds. The entry level has an open floor plan with living room, dining and kitchen totaling over 100 square meters. The kitchen is big and well-equipped with a kitchen island, and the beautiful dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The living room leads out to a large terrace of 100 square meters with barbecue. On the terrace there is a hot tub for 7 people where you can swim all year round and enjoy the miles of views of Lake Mälaren. We provide bathrobes, towels, and sheets for all guests. The large open floor plan with panoramic windows and the large terrace just outside makes it feel as if you live in the middle of nature. The experience is enhanced by the easy-to-use ethanol fireplace that enhances the coziness factor even more. The 140-square-meter jetty has a wood-fired sauna, as well as kayaks that you can borrow for free to paddle out to Björkö or one of the other nearby islands. Guest access Guests have access to all areas except a smaller attic space and two training kayaks (however, guests are welcome to borrow the two sea kayaks). Other things to note We have a dog and dog owners are very welcome to bring their dog to the house.
