The Granary, Rustic Modern Barn Conversion

Grade II listed barn conversion with charming spacious double bedroom and ensuite shower room. Located in historic village of Lindfield. The space The house is Grade II listed building, dated around 1600. It has full of character, with beautiful garden. Recently refurbished space, with charming decor, the room is a perfect getaway to relax and unwind in the countryside. You'll have a private entrance through double French door with private patio and sitting area to your bedroom. You'll have a key to your room for your privacy. The room is beautifully decorated with lovely modern rustic features, hotel standard amenities; memory foam double bed mattress, goose down pillows and luxurious Egyptian cotton linen. Mattress and pillow protectors are fitted. The room is scented using pure essential oils blends to help you relax. Tassimo Tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, 22" TV with dvd player and a music player are available in the room. Free high-speed 500Mb Internet & WiFi access are available in the room, garden and the barn, perfect for working and enjoying streaming entertainment during your stay. Ensuite Shower room features vintage style copper drench shower, and copper sink. Soft Egyptian cotton towels and a range of complimentary toiletries are provided. The shower is scented using pure essential oil blended especially to help you reenergise! We only have one room available, there won’t be other guests during your entire stay. Guest access Garden and large communal space in the barn can be used as lounge to relax, dine or work. Our guests can access these area from 8am- 10pm or on requests. The space is available for paying guest only. Self service breakfast includes : Tea & coffee, toast, selection of cereals, seasonal fruits and yoghurt. Please let us know what time you wish to pop in for breakfast so that we can be ready to help. Use of washing machine and ironing board are available on request. During your stay I'm a food artist working from home, so I'm available if you have any question ;) Other things to note Free carpark available on private lay-by. EV charging: Type 1 fast charge or UK regular outdoor socket. £20 per day/overnight charging. We are not responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle.
