Spacious house and garden, with all the comforts!

In this spacious house on the outskirts of Roosendaal, close to the forest and various access roads, with a cozy living room, separate kitchen and spacious south-facing garden, we would like to make you feel at home. You sleep on the third floor and have this floor to yourself. In addition, you can use the spacious bathroom, toilet and other amenities in the house. We are 15 minutes from Breda, 8 minutes from the forest and 25 minutes from Antwerp. The space A spacious 2 under-a-roof house, with a spacious green garden, an oasis of peace, facing southeast. You have access to the spacious ground floor with separate kitchen and the third floor with a bright bedroom. Guest access When you rent our house, we would like to provide you with every comfort. You have your own room, can use the bathroom, toilet and entire ground floor including spacious and green garden and bicycles (We lock our bedrooms on the 1st floor and they cannot be used, of course we are absent ourselves) . In front of the door you can park for free and there is plenty of parking space! By bike it is 8 minutes to the forest, 15 minutes to the center of Roosendaal, and at the end of the street there is a bus stop. To the station, I think it is 20 minutes by bike, and there is a bus connection. If you want to use the bikes, that is possible, please indicate that when booking. Other things to note A small shopping center (Supermarket, Blokker, Bakker, Kruidvat and fries) is a 7-minute walk away. At 5 minutes away, there is a whole area with an asphalt bike path which is great for roller skating/skating. Also plenty of playgrounds and walking routes within easy walking distance. And a fifteen-minute walk away is a skate park for children and adults, super fun!
