Rincon Del Cielo (Corner of Heaven)

Literally at the end of the road next to the Pecos National Historical Park. Enjoy “Hummingbird Lane” with 18+ multi bird feeders and 2 different seating areas you can get up close and personal with these amazing little creatures. Rincon Del Cielo also has all the comforts of home… fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, new refrigerator, beds, linens, furniture, appliances, games, Tv, outdoor space, local activities and more. A stocked coffee bar that includes ground coffee, tea, coco, and sweeteners. Full kitchen offers a variety of appliances including a blender for frozen concoctions, pots and pans for meals, baking essentials, adjustable high chair and place settings for up to 12 people. Boasting a spacious living room, 2 spa like bathrooms, dining room, game area, laundry and 5 unique sleeping areas located throughout and next to the home there is plenty of space for every member of your group. A variety of sleeping choices from a luxurious king bed room, queen bed room, trundle bed room with two twin beds, living room with 2 sofas plus bunk room with 2 queen beds. Outside and patio have multiple seating areas, dining table, barbecue area, fire pit, horse shoe pit, volleyball/badminton net and other activities. Also on the property is a slack line swing/play set, “creaturville” and “hummingbird lane”. The separate bunk room has 2 queen beds, TV and workspace with Wi-Fi (no bathroom in bunk room). We strive to keep the area in and around Rincon Del Cielo as natural as possible. When visiting you may or may not encounter lizards, horned toads, ant mounds, bees, birds, antlions, snakes, coyote, deer and other fauna. There are no pesticides or chemicals used to spray for bugs or weeds on the property. Rincon Del Cielo is at an Elevation of 7000 feet above sea level which is the same as Santa Fe. Pecos is considered mountain region and Santa Fe is considered high dessert. This particular difference causes the Pecos region to be 10 -15 degrees cooler on average. Guest access There is plenty of free parking at Rincon Del Cielo including covered parking for 2 cars. Driving to another location is best if leaving the property. Other things to note Rincon Del Cielo is located next to the Pecos National Historical Park and surrounded by forest area. Many different animals do live here. Although not as common, but have been seen are road runners, rattle snakes, bears, elk and deer. More commonly sighted and heard are coyotes, rabbits, lizards, horned toads, birds, dogs and squirrels.
