Exclusive apartment with a hot tub and balcony in a fantastic & historic park directly on the shore of Lake Zensee. The space In your apartment you will find many amenities already provided for you free of charge upon your arrival. The beds are made for the number of vacation guests booked. Towels for body, face and after hand washing are available for every guest. There is a roll of toilet paper in each toilet. Liquid soap for your hands can be found at every sink. Dishwashing liquid, dishcloth, dry cloth and two dishwasher tabs can be found at the sink in your kitchen. The waste bins are covered with appropriate waste bags. Guest access With your apartment key, you can reach the public natural swimming area on Lake Zenssee through the exit gate in the lower part of the area. At the natural swimming area you can swim, do sports and use the water sports equipment of the Parkresidenz Lychen as you wish. For all our holiday guests, kayaks and canoes, stand-up paddle boards, transport scooters for water sports equipment, rental bicycles and tools are available free of charge in the basement of the first holiday villa during the peak season. Other things to note The "Schmacko & Fatz" is an excellent place for breakfast, snacks, Neapolitan pizzas and homemade classics! Individual celebrations on the premises or a catering service for external events are also possible. The "Schmacko & Fatz" is open to guests of the Parkresidenz as well as visitors from outside from Thursday – Sunday, 9:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday to Wednesday are rest days).
