The space Marcelo is a beautiful villa set on private grounds in a peaceful residential area on a hillside by the outskirts of Moraira, only 1,5 Km. away from the magnificent beach resort of Moraira, a charming coastal town where a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be found next to unrivaled coves and beaches. Sit back and enjoy astonishing sea views from the terrace while feeling the essence of the Mediterranean holiday experience. The drive offers parking for 1 car, leading us towards the terrace area with an attention-to-detail decoration. Follow towards a private swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and a couple of steps up to a very tasteful built-in BBQ area with an outdoor dining area and various spaces with lemon trees and pine trees. The entire accommodation is on one level and equipped with central heating for the cooler months. Enjoy the cozy interior of Marcelo welcoming us with a charming lounge/dining area with wood beams and nice Mediterranean tiles. The lounge is equipped with Sat+TV+DVD and A/C together with a fireplace with an exit to a covered terrace offering incredible panoramic views of the coastline. From the lounge, we follow to a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. Finally, we find a very comfortable double bedroom with A/C and en-suite shower and one twin bedroom with A/C and a shower. Marcelo will make it hard for you to leave this lovely spot.
