Open plan area with kitchen, table and chairs, small settee ladder to mezzanine level with sofa (sofa bed) and chair. Good size bedroom with queen size bed, some drawers and hanging space. Modern bathroom with shower. Ample parking. Good local pub within walking distance and several others a short drive away. The space As we have our own horses at the property any dogs visiting would have to be on a lead when outside. We could have the facility for visitors to bring their own horses but this would have to be by separate negotiation.
