The apartment is just 200 meters away from Limanakia Beach, a string of small bays and coves, and Sarantari Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of Crete. It is a 90 sq. m. cool walkout basement with bright light coming in, having a big garden in front of it, with fruit trees, plants and flowers. It is located in a very quiet area surrounded by trees, right next to a big hotel resort and a convention center, and within walking distance from the center of the Port of Hersonissos. The space This is an apartment that was built only recently, with modern furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a big shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as two bedrooms with double beds, having high quality comfortable mattresses for the most enjoyable sleep. Apart from the two double beds, there's a double sofa bed with an added top-mattress, plus another two single fold-up beds that can be arranged on request. The apartment features synthetic-framed double-glazing doors and windows, all having sliding mosquito screens. A Samsung 40 inch, 4K Ultra HD, Smart LED TV is available, providing internet access to your Netflix account, YouTube, Disney+ and more, plus a tuner for Free-To-Air satellite channels. Amenities include air conditioning available in the living room and in both bedrooms, a central gas boiler for heating, as well as for continuous hot water supply, Wi-Fi access to the internet, a safe deposit box, and a security alarm system.
