Fisherman's hut in Doñana National Park

The space It is a single space with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, and a 150 cm double bed separated by a central curtain, two closets, a desk with a window overlooking the ocean. In a loft area, there are two 90 cm beds, which is accessed by a somewhat steep staircase (only for people with a certain level of agility). Everything overlooks the ocean as if you were on a boat. There is an attached toilet, and outside there is a large covered terrace also overlooking the ocean. It has a laundry room and storage room with a washing machine and a freezer. The goal here was to maintain the essence of the old Doñana fishermen's huts, and we believe we have achieved this to the fullest due to the large amount of quality materials that have been used. The exit to the beach is shared with us, who live behind. This place leaves no one indifferent. There is a parking space available on the property. It has a 3 kW Schuko-type outlet for an electric car charger. Please inquire about the cost, which depends on the length of stay. Normally, €36 per day for electric and €15 per day for regular. To maintain privacy, the guest pedestrian entrance to the hut is always via the beach, even if the parking space on the property is used. Guest access The exit to the beach is shared with us who live behind. If the tenant requests the rental garage space (€15 per day), the pedestrian entrance and exit must always be through the beach gate. Right next to the cottage and at a distance of 100 meters at the farthest are several beach bars that are open all summer and much of the winter: El Navegante and El Pichi, each with a style where you can enjoy all the cuisine of Doñana and fish and seafood from Huelva. About 1,000 meters away, walking along the promenade, there is Caño Guerrero, with dozens of bars, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets that are open in the summer season and some of them in winter. Other things to note It is an accommodation in a beach area and close to the Doñana National Park. If you have a phobia of animals or insects, you should consider whether this place is for you, because occasionally you may find animals such as deer or wild boar nearby, and if you leave windows or doors open, you may also find the occasional insect such as ants, lizards, cockroaches, wasps, bees, mosquitoes or various beetles. They live with us, are seen occasionally, and are part of the fauna of the Doñana preserve. None of them are dangerous. In matalascañas they have horseback riding on the beach with the company (the stepdoble)and 15 km away they have El Rocio and the park of Doñana with guided tours.En Matalascañas you can go down to the dogs on the beach all year except in high season although even in that season there are areas in which they do not disturb anyone and there are usually no problems. The property has a regular parking space for €15 per day or one for an electric car for €36 per day (you would have to notify us in advance so we can leave the remote control in the hut). Even if you rent the parking space, you should use the beach gate as the pedestrian entrance to the hut. That beach gate is shared with us, who live behind it. The privacy or privacy on the front terrace facing the beach is null for obvious reasons. There is complete security. It is a quiet and very well-monitored area without disturbances of any kind.
