Loft with small town garden

Welcome ! Located in the heart of the small town of character of Roche-Bernard, our house is quiet and close to all shops. We rehabilitated this old annex of the Halgands travelers' hotel to install our cocoon: a large bright and warm loft. The house is located in the city center, in a quiet islet, remote from the street. It is accessible by a few steps and is therefore not accessible to everyone. However, strollers and / or can be stored in the large entrance hallway. The house is very open in a loft spirit. It is built on 2 floors: - on the ground floor: the fitted kitchen / dining room (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, central island); the living room with a stove, overlooking the small town garden and the outdoor terrace; the master suite and its powder room; the laundry room. The dining room and living room open onto the "winter garden", a real room that opens and closes, allowing you to enjoy an outdoor space sheltered from the sun ... or the rain ! - upstairs: an open mezzanine can accommodate 2 beds on a real bed, still you have to appreciate being woken up by dawn ... you will find the tv corner and two real desks to work, if necessary. - a few (3) steps lower and you are in the sleeping area: a mezzanine dedicated to children serves 2 bedrooms with a bathroom. Marie's room allows 2 single beds, that of Aëlle: 1 single bed and up to 2 beds in a double bed. We can install a travel cot with a real mattress if necessary, and provide you with equipment for your little one. Please let us know. The garden is very small but it is closed. The house is close to shops: the bakery is opposite! Pizza to take away at 20m, the rest of the food shops are barely further: butcher, tea room / roasting, cheese maker / cellar seller, butchers, ... A small "convenience store" 50m open Sunday afternoon in summer. The supermarket is a little higher, accessible on foot or by car. An organic supermarket is in the NIVILLAC shopping area, accessible by car or bicycle for the brave. The market is Thursday morning. A small organic market of local producers takes place on Friday evening near the town hall and the associative cafe which hosts many events. La Roche-Bernard is a small town with character on the edge of Vilaine. It is the starting point for beautiful walks or hikes and is worth a visit from the artisan quarter to the port. By the way, you will easily find something to eat well. To find out more about LA ROCHE BERNARD: We can advise you on beautiful mountain bike routes from the house. By car from La Roche-Bernard, you are at: - 15 min from Branféré zoo, - 20 min from the beach of the gold mine in Penestin, - 25 min from Guérande, Medieval city - 30 min from La Baule / Le Croisic - 35 min from Saint Nazaire, the port, the submarine base, - 35 minutes from Vannes, or the Rhuys peninsula ... The Vilaine also allows boat, veiled or kayak trips from the Roche-Bernard nautical base. For paddle, prefer the bay of Pont Mahé, the local lagoon at 20min.
