Shared bathroom & toilet for 2 rooms. Shared Kitchen - microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, coffee and tea cups, plates, dishes. Shared living room with fireplace, and outdoor pool. In winter, it's a little cold in the room. We have parking for big cars. The space Close to Český Krumlov (4 km). 1 km from golf, restaurant with craft beer. In summer you can ride a bike, go rafting, swim in the pool, sunbathe on a lounger. The owners also live in this house.
