House Vidamo - Vacation home with swimming pool

Our house is located in the small village of Čista Mala. It's located 22 km from the city of Šibenik, 12km from Vodice and the closest beach. Outdoor, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool. There also is a terrace with a BBQ and a playground for children. Air-conditioning is available in both subunits. The space The vacation home we offer is suitable for 4-7 persons and a baby, so it's perfect for families or couples! It's a ground-floor house which contains two fully equipped separate units. The first unit is an apartment with a master bedroom (with a baby cot), en suite bathroom, living area, and kitchen. The couch in the living area can easily be transformed into a comfortable double bed. This apartment is perfectly suitable for 2-4 persons and a baby. The second unit is a studio apartment with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a couch that can also be transformed into a bed. The studio apartment is suitable for 2-3 persons. As this is all newly constructed and well isolated, even in the middle of the summer the temperature is comfortably cool inside so you won't need the air-conditioning. Outside, there is a large yard with a large swimming pool, a swing sofa, a terrace, and a grill which are exclusively for guest use only. There also is a trampoline and plenty of space for children to play. Guest access The house is easily reachable from the highway. As a part of the yard, there is a parking space for 3 cars. Other things to note There is a supermarket within walking distance where you can get fresh food, vegetables, cheeses, olive oil, and wine from local farmers. Here you will also find a bakery for fresh local pastries and bread.
