The flat has recently been totally refurbished and is very light and airy. It is fully fitted with a large flat TV, Sonos, fully equipped kitchen, luxury bed linen and towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and basics . It is located just a minutes' walk from Shakespeares Birthplace and is within easy walking distance from the train station. If anything isn’t there just ask we will do our best to provide. The space The property does have a few stairs to access the front door so please bear this in mind if you have any mobility issues , a photo of the steps is on the details Guest access The whole flat is available for guests use Other things to note The electric is provided by means of a meter that takes £1 and £2 coins. There will be at least £20 credit for the guest on arrival. If on departure you can top this back up to £20 please it allows us to keep our prices as keen as we can.
