Comfortable apartment of 105 square meters located in a nice and strategic area near the center of Turin but outside the ZTL, a few steps from the Olympic Stadium and the Pala Alpitour, home to numerous concerts. Parking is free in the neighbourhood. The apartment has a modern decor and is equipped with all the amenities to make your stay unforgettable: WiFi, LED TV, equipped kitchen. The space *LONG STAY ALLOWED* This modern and spacious apartment of about 105 sqm is located on the fourth floor of a period building with elevator (there are 5 sstairs to reach it) and is composed as follows: LIVING ROOM: with dining area, relax corner with a queen sofa bed and TV KITCHEN: with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave, electric kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils BEDROOM: with queen bed and large wardrobe SECOND BEDROOM: with two single beds and wardrobe BATHROOM: equipped with walk-in shower, bidet and hairdryer. Our guests will also have free WiFi, TV, washing machine and central heating. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company. Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; - the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
