A well equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, full size fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker, washing machine and separate dining area with table and comfortable seating for four people. Guest access Our guests will have full use of a private half acre site complete with off road parking, out door dining space and BBQ. A secure on site lock-up is provided for cycles and the property has the benefit of private fishing. Other things to note The cottage is directly adjacent the river Wear and access is restricted for children unsupervised.
