Kitchen. A well equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, full size fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker, washing machine and separate dining area with table and comfortable seating for four people. Wet-room. Includes WC, wash hand basin and walk-in shower making these facilities suitable for those with limited mobility. Upstairs - Bedroom. Offering twin or super-king beds (travel cot available on request). En-suite shower, WC and wash hand basin with stunning views of the river and countryside beyond. Outdoors – Garden. The cottage is situated in a private half acre site directly adjacent the river Wear and laid mainly to lawn, a stone patio with picnic table is provided with fantastic views overlooking the river. Private fishing is available by request. Off road parking is available for two cars. Guest access Our guests will have full use of a private half acre site complete with off road parking, out door dining space and BBQ. A secure on site lock-up is provided for cycles and the property has the benefit of private fishing. Other things to note The cottage is directly adjacent the river Wear and access is restricted for children unsupervised.
