Located in the countryside, on the border of Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne, is this charming family tobacco dryer, which I was able to completely renovate a few years ago. There are many sites, bastides and villages to see in the area. You are 10 minutes from the beautiful bastides of Beaumont du Périgord, Monpazier, Monflanquin & Villeréal, where you will find activities, crafts and local shops. You are 30 minutes from the city of Bergerac (airport and train station). The space This 110 m2 accommodation, with a maximum capacity of 6 people, consists of: - On the ground floor, a 45 m2 living room with open kitchen and its equipment (oven/microwave/fridge/toaster/filter coffee machine/dishwasher) - Upstairs, in the stairwell, you will find a 2-seater sofa bed 140 x 200 - Access to the toilet and access to the bathroom, with walk-in shower and washing machine - 1 17 m2 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and closet - The 20 m2 master bedroom, with 140 x 200 double bed, and closet. The view from this room is exceptional, with its 100 X 360 cm window overlooking the valley and sunrise. For your better comfort, the entire house is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi access, Bluetooth speaker and TV. To fully enjoy the outdoors, you will have a 55 m2 terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and gas plancha. You will have at your disposal the jacuzzi on the terrace, to relax with peace of mind. We will welcome you on Saturday afternoon, from 5 p.m. and the return will be in the morning before 11 a.m. We provide bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases for beds and bath towels.
