**Please note this guest suite is entirely private and located on the lower level of our home, with its own entry/exit and no shared areas.** We block Monday & Tuesday nights, but will entertain requests if you would like to book. The hot tub is a new feature on the property. It is located on the lower deck. Guests who utilize the hot tub do so at their own risk. In order to ensure your safety and for our protection, no one under the age of 12 is permitted to enter/use the hot tub. (Bottled water and soda refreshments provided.) If you need a stronger boost, pop a K-Cup into the Keurig K-Slim Coffee Maker. (Creamer and a selection of sweeteners available.) Heading back out soon to explore? Take your brew to go in a traveler’s cup. Need to heat up leftovers from that awesome meal? For your convenience, a microwave is also available. Take a seat, kick up your feet, and stay a while. Give yourself a break and turn on the 55” Samsung Class Crystal 4K UHD HDR Smart TV. Stream one of your favorite shows (Netflix and Amazon Prime login provided) or use your phone’s Bluetooth to connect to the Samsung soundbar and play your favorite tunes. Guest access There is ample space for at least two vehicles in the turnaround spot, which is located next to the rock staircase. Thank you for your understanding. **In light of our secluded location, we sometimes (rarely) experience internet issues. Typically, when the internet is down, it lasts less than two hours, but we have had longer outages on a few occasions. We are very limited with respect to our selection of internet service providers, and are constantly searching for improved service. We hope this does not impact your stay, but want to provide full transparency just in case.
