Cosy loft near city center and UIA

The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbour and the city beach. Free parking. It is a 15 minute walk to the University (UIA). Lots of great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with double bed, a single bed, a nice TV nook, fridge, kitchenette with kettle as well as a nice small bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets cost an extra 100kr per day. The space The space consists of a large attic room with a double bed, TV nook and a small fridge. The kitchenette has a kettle, microwave, coffee maker and cutlery, but no cooking facilities. In contrast, there are bakeries, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The loft apartment has it's own small bathroom. There is a direct exit to the terrace, where there are chairs and a small barbecue available. The terrace has afternoon sun.
