Cozy guest room directly on Lake Vörder

We offer you a cozy guest apartment with private entrance in our house. Everything has been completely renovated in 2019/20 and lovingly furnished by us. A combined living/sleeping/dining area with a small pantry kitchen is at your disposal. Your area is completely private and also spatially separated from us by a hallway. In less than two minutes' walk, you are at Lake Vörder, in the city center or at the supermarket. The space The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a mobile induction stove, a sink and a microwave with a hot air function. Feel free to leave your used dishes with us. We'll put it in the dishwasher. Please let us know. The washing machine and dryer are also available for use by arrangement. We offer you Disney+, Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, DAZN, Paramount+, Apple TV and RTL+. Books and board games are also available. If you need something special, please ask and we will see if we can help you. Other things to note Important! Our place is a non-smoking apartment. Please ensure that no smoke pulls into the apartment if you smoke in front of the door. We also ask you not to throw cigarette butts and ashes in the apartment in the trash can. Feel free to talk to us for an ashtray. This is windproof and you can leave it outside the door during your stay.
