Description
In an old clay half-timbered house, which is located in the fairytale part of the old town of Goslar next to the Frankenberg Church, our apartment offers you a lot of beauty on 50 square meters. The old town, the Rammelsberg silver mine and the Upper Harz Water Regale are 3 World Heritage Sites. The marketplace is only 600 m away, in the other direction you are in the great outdoors. Our area is well developed for hiking, cycling and biking. So there is something for everyone The space ---------- Preliminary remark ------------------------------------------------------------------ Before I tell you about the living space, I want to say "thank you." We had many great and interesting guests in our first 12 months. I don't regret a day of providing you with our beloved apartment. It's nice that you all visited us and that we got to know you briefly. Through your tips, you have helped us to keep improving and learn how to do it "right". Thank you also for your nice entries in our guestbook. I would also like to say thank you to our guest Christian Mevs, who was our guest in 2018. He provided us with his beautiful photos of Goslar. --------End of preliminary remarks --------------------------------------------------------------------- So, now on to the text: Inside the apartment is a shelf with books. So you can wonderfully laze around with us and browse these books with a cup of tea. The 30 sqm living room is separated from the sleeping area for two people by open timber. It contains a 2*2 m double bed, which probably means "king-size". A DVD player is connected to the flat-screen TV in the living area. Here you can also use your Netflix/Disney/Amazon account on a connected box. DVDs, board and card games can be found on a shelf next to it. On the other side of this room you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and a dishwasher. We have a normal filter coffee machine and an Italian coffee machine that pushes the boiling water through a metal filter with steam pressure from below. For people who prefer to drink tea, there is also a special glass teapot with a filter insert. The kitchen is also equipped with a mixer, hand blender and the usual knives and cutting boards, bowls, sieve, potato peeler, dishes and cutlery, so that nothing should be missing. Please give us tips if anything else is missing. This is followed by a large shower room. Getting there: In the city of Goslar, a tourist tax is due, which must be collected by me on arrival in cash when filling out the registration confirmation. Roughly speaking, you have to expect a maximum of €2.30 per person per night. However, there are conditions for the calculation that cannot be set on Airbnb, so unfortunately it is so cumbersome. You will receive €30 credit from Airbnb on my behalf if you use airbnb. de / c / peterr19249 for a new membership of you and your partner. If you book for 3 paying people, you will get an additional 10 m² sleeping room for the third person. The room is outside the studio on the same hallway. Guest access You can store your skis, sleds, bicycles or strollers in the hallway on the ground floor. Other things to note The apartment offered is the first apartment completed in this house. Unfortunately, the hallway does not yet meet the standard of the apartment. There is still some work for us here :) I wanted to offer the service here to link to the current weather and webcams. However, these are blocked as (URL HIDDEN) by Airbnb. In winter, please look for Goslar, Brocken, Torfhaus, Altenau and Auerhahn, so that the most important places in the Upper Harz are covered, which can be reached by us in a short time.
