Vacation home with a view of nature

The bright apartment has a modern living-dining-bedroom, separate kitchenette and bathroom. The dining area can accommodate 2 people or more and invites you to relax or watch TV. The two single beds are light and can be combined as needed. A wardrobe and a closet complete the cozy room. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, sink, 2-burner ceramic hob, crockery and basic spices are there. The space The apartment Naturblick has its own entrance and is at ground level. It has a step at the entrance door and is otherwise without stairs. The entrance area in front of the apartment is spacious and has a wardrobe. In the new kitchen, the guest will find a reasonable basic set of dishes and food. A kettle, coffee maker and toaster are available. The shower is wheelchair accessible. The flexible pallet beds are 90 × 200 cm and adapt to the wishes of the guests. Guest access My guests have a completely self-contained apartment in my house. Parking is available on the low-traffic adjacent street or very conveniently in the courtyard entrance. Garden furniture and green space are of course included. The washing machine can be used. Other things to note My house rules: Absolutely no smoking in the apartment. Absolutely daily ventilation in the morning and evening For longer stays, economical behavior when washing laundry with the washing machine, For frequent laundry, I charge an extra €5 per wash No loud parties and events No pets, that must be agreed in advance €200 deposit on arrival If damage occurs or something breaks, please let me know immediately
