The space Being positioned right in the heart of Bakewell makes for a very convenient stay. Everything is on the doorstep. If you sit in the window seat at the back, you can look up over the old rooftops to the parish church, which started life not long after the Norman Conquest. We’ve combined antique and modern furniture along with imaginative art to make a fresh, engaging and relaxing environment. With upgraded high-speed WIFI, we welcome guest who are looking for accommodations to be turned into their home away from home. TV: Amazon Firestick available, allowing guest to enjoy more channels and catch up with their favourite TV shows. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, utensils and crockery, and as this is a Duplex, you will find a second bedroom via a short staircase. The duplex also has free secure Parking a short walk away, which is a real bonus in this historical town. Old Beams is one of 3 apartments that I have in this Grade 2 listed building, so please take a look at The Eaves and Cobblers Rest if you cannot find the availability in Old Beams. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the property and a free parking space a short walk away. Please note - there are 2 x sets of 15 internal steps up to the apartment and then a further 12 steps inside the property to access the upper floor & beds. Other things to note - This property is part of 3 in the same building owned & managed by myself. The properties are available on our profile. If you cannot find availability in Old Beams, please try the other 2 x apartments. - Please note that we have ordered a new armchair as we appreciate that the one we currently have is a bit tired. - In addition, you can see from the photographs that there are some low ceilings where we have the bathroom and the bedroom on the upper floor of the duplex. - Please take care of car park gate fobs, they are £50 to replace, and unfortunately, we would have to charge you if these go missing. - Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request for an additional £30. - Please contact us in advance to check availability.
