Hello dear guest In the small but nice apartment you will find everything you need: a comfortable double bed, a small kitchen, a terrace & shower room... and all this in the middle of the natural paradise Spessart! P.S.: The apartment is barrier-free The space The south-east facing, light-flooded apartment has a table and two chairs where you can comfortably eat your meals, enjoy the wonderful view of the beautiful Kahltal, or just read a good book. The apartment has fast Wi-Fi and a modern flat-screen TV. Guests can book a rich breakfast buffet for €17.50 per person/day. The buffet includes local produce and is served in the main house. Guest access Feel free to use the spacious terrace in front of your apartment, or the large garden, at the house to relax. The villa is located on the 11,000 m² area of the Hofguts Langenborn, right on the edge of the forest. The beautiful garden, with stunning views of the Kahltal, is also available to you, as is the courtyard's own bathing pond. In the basement is the shared laundry room, with washing machine and dryer. Other things to note For your physical and mental well-being, there are a number of walking and hiking opportunities, or attractive bike tours, through the Kahltal, or in the nearby Spessart. On the occasion you will also find charming places to stop for a bite to eat (Please check the opening times beforehand!) The Schöllkrippen natural adventure pool, which is open from mid-May to mid-September completely without chemical disinfectants and without heating, is known and loved far beyond the borders of the Kahltal.
