High standard and tastefully decorated apartment for 10 persons (4 bedroom) located at Trysil south -Turistsentret. Our apartment are new ( April 2019) and we have only decorate with quality furniture & equipment. It`s top located only 5 min walk to the slops and we have ski-in/ski-out. the bike road to Gulia is just outside the entry door. Its a 5 minute stroll to restaurants and Radisson SAS Hotel where you find SPA, Bowling, Gym, Swimming- pool, etc. The space Its a two floor apparment with 4 bedrooms with total 10 beds. Each floor have their own bathroom incl shower. Bathroom in second floor have sauna. Heated floors in all room on the first floor and WC in the second floor. We have used high quality furniture. Parking for 2 cars inside garage. High speed fiber WiFi. Can arrange towel and linen for a smal extra fee. Here is more detail info: Outdoor: Our apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor..(the house have total three floor) There are 4 apartments in the house. There is an outdoor skicase and lots of space for keeping your skies . ( We do not accept ski or bikes inside the apartment ) 1st floor Entry through tile floored mudroom with electric ski boots dryers for ski boots and practical ski clothes storage. Next is the hallway also with tile floored. From the hallway you will reach two stylish (however small) bedrooms one with double bed 150cm and one with double bed 150cm + bunk bed 90cm, in total 5 beds on 1st floor. Bunk beds is mainly recommended for kids. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe. The bathroom on the first floor is spacious with shower and a large wash stand it also have a clothes washing machine. There is floor heating in the bathroom just like in every room on the first floor. The kitchen is solid and custom made. It is well equipped with a Moccamaster coffeemaker, large Le creuset pot and of course with induction stove, dishwasher and microwave. In the cupboards you will find everything that you need to set the table for a three course dinner for friends and family, including two types of wine glasses . The dining table is 2,5m and seats up to 10 people. 10 lovely chairs from Norwegian Home & Cottage and the table are from Danish furniture makers Kristensen:Kristensen. You will also find the fireplace and a small lounge area with two design chair (Also from a Danish furniture designer) where you can hanging out while others cook in the kitchen. 2nd floor: Huge stylish living room area with mountain view through panoramic window. High ceiling with a spacy yet cosy feeling. Sofa surrounding tables from Norwegian store Home & Cottage. Two bedrooms, one with double bed (180cm) & one with a double bed 150cm + bunk bed 90cm. The one with 180cm bed is the master bedroom with some more space. The 2nd floor also hosts the 2nd bathroom with shower and sauna. This bathroom is also equipped with floor heating for comfort. Other things to note We do not allow pets in our apartment. All persons that want to rent need to be over 30y. Guest need to bring there own bed linen and towels. We can help out with rent of linen and towels up on request.
