The space It is a little outside the village of Rognes, in an ultra-residential area, that this very pleasant 300 m2 bastide is located, surrounded by 4000 m2 of wooded land. Everything here has been designed for everyone's relaxation and comfort. Two covered terraces, with exposed frames, allow you to enjoy the garden at any time of the day. One is equipped with a table for meals and an outdoor kitchen with plancha, the second is arranged as a living room with its bar and a table for breakfast or your meals. The 12 x 6 m heated pool (chlorine-free, salt treatment) is equipped with deckchairs and parasols, with the possibility of counter-current swimming, and is a permanent invitation to swim. The interior design is sober and contemporary, favoring waxed concrete and warm colors. Ground floor: Large living room with living and dining room. High-end equipped kitchen (Gaggenau) overlooking the sheltered bar terrace. Air-conditioned master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upper floor: Three air-conditioned double bedrooms (two 140 cm beds and one 160 cm bed), each with its own en-suite shower room. The house is equipped with a cooling floor guaranteeing good freshness in summer. Household linen and bath towels are provided. Beds are prepared just before your arrival. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms for the first days of your stay. The exit cleaning is charged in addition, but charges the tenants to return the kitchen, the plancha and the bar in the state of cleanliness of arrival. 2 charging stations for electric vehicles of 11 kW each are available (possibility to charge 2 vehicles). Optional services are available upon request (pool sheet rental, possibility of electric mountain bike rental, intermediate cleaning, etc.). To ensure the well-being of all, the house is strictly "non-smoking". Smokers must place their cigarette butts in ashtrays. Cigarette butts thrown on the floors (courtyard, lawns, etc.) or smoked inside the house will be considered damage, we fully reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum amount of €200.
