Everything here has been designed for relaxation and comfort for everyone. Two covered terraces, with exposed frames, allow you to enjoy the garden at any time of the day. One is equipped with a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with plancha, the second is furnished as a living room with its bar and a table for breakfast or your meals. The 12x6m heated pool (chlorine-free, salt treatment) is equipped with its deckchairs and umbrellas, with the possibility of swimming against the current, is a permanent invite to swim. The interior layout is sober and contemporary, prioritizing polished concrete and warm hues. Ground floor: Large living room with lounge and dining area. Floor: Three air-conditioned double bedrooms (two beds in 140 and one in 160) each with a shower room en-suite. The house is equipped with a refreshing floor guaranteeing good freshness in summer. Linens, and bath towels are provided. The beds are ready just before you arrive. You'll find toiletries in the bathrooms for the first few days of your stay. Exit cleaning is charged extra, but tenants are responsible for returning the kitchen, plancha and bar in the state of cleanliness of arrival. 2 electric vehicle charging stations of 11 kW each are available (possibility to charge 2 vehicles). Optional services are available upon request (rental of pool sheets, possibility of electric mountain bike rental, intermediate cleaning, etc.).
