The Sussex Barn Estates is situated in West Sussex in a secluded area, 30 minutes away from Brighton. The estate has got room for up to 16 people. We have 7 modern bedrooms with 10 beds. Our special features are: heated outdoor swimming pool, 12 seater steam room, games room, parking up to 50 cars, walk in showers & a beautiful lake which can seat up to 100 people for an outdoor event. The perfect venue for weddings, corporate, wakes, birthdays, baby showers & more Catering available. The space You will be welcomed to the property by large double gates and a security system. The estate has a long, very private, gated driveway. It is a large, luxury, modern barn with bedrooms on the ground floor & 1st floor. Bedroom 1 – king (ground) Bedroom 2 – 2 x single (1st floor) Bedroom 3 – king (1st floor) Bedroom 4 – Double (1st floor) Bedroom 5 – Super King (ensuite) (1st floor) Bedroom 6 – Emperor (1st floor) Bedroom 7 – 2 x single & Double (Elevated ground floor but accessible from outside at ground level) 10 beds in 7 bedrooms . Our rooms are large, but they are cosy. The rooms include everything you will need. We have indoor & outdoor areas to eat, however if you want to eat out, we are close to several restaurants & pubs. We are also just 30 minutes from the Brighton & Hove seaside which has lots of places to eat & things to do for the whole family. The residence has something for everyone. An outdoor swimming pool, (open from late spring, please message if you would like to confirm it will be open). A games room, indoor steam room (for 12 people), table tennis table, badminton set & board games. We have chef on site if you would like to pre order any food we have that covered too from barbecues to birthday cakes grazing tables or even cooking lessons Guest access You will have access to the whole house Other things to note This is a fantastic event house. However, we cannot allow exceptionally loud music on the estate. We can arrange private chefs, beauty treatments, marquees for get togethers, event decorations, catering; we host many work parties or conferences.If you have an idea in mind, we can help source it for you.
