Domus Polymnia Stone Built Suite

Domus Polymnia is a traditional stone-built villa that graces the heart of Spili village. It has been in our family since 1935 when it was originally bought by our grandparents. After many years, in 2009, it was restored and became the vacation house we envisioned. Ever since, we had the pleasure to meet and welcome many guests from all around the world. Having the unique privilege of being located in Spili, our guests have the opportunity to stay at a unique and cozy property. The space Layout Exterior A narrow path leads the guests in the centre of the upper part of Spili village and to the wooden entrance of Domus Polymnia. A lovely courtyard opens in front of you as you enter. The Stone Built Suite is located on the left. Interior The Suite features a stone build king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a fridge in the suite and a small sitting area. In the suite you can also find a flat screen TV with Netflix subscription and free Wi Fi access. Exterior Outdoor furniture is available for guests to enjoy sitting at the courtyard. Guest access Guests will have the suite to their private use. Only the main entrance of the courtyard is shared. Other things to note Since 01/01/2025 all guests that stay at short-term rentals must pay tax for climate change. In this property, the tax is 0.5€ / day for November to March and 2€ / day for April to October. This amount must be paid separately and is not included in the cost of stay.
