Our accommodation is found at the end of a track carving through countryside farmland with distant rural views. Restored to a very high standard. A 5 minute stroll to two characterful pubs & village shop, magnificent church,& local museum. Framlingham town 15 mins drive. Coast 30 mins. Minsmere bird reserve. Latitude festival. Ideal for two adults .(No pets please). The space Welcome to our house and village, please enjoy what we have to offer and be respectful to others in this thriving and friendly community. Visitors to our cart lodge love the privacy of being in a peaceful setting on the edge of a village but also within easy touch of many historical places of interest and the chance to walk or cycle from the property with ease. RSPB Minsmere, Southwold, Dunwich, Walberswick, & Sizewell beaches within 30 minutes drive, Aldeburgh town and beach 40 mins. Snaps village and maltings 35 mins. Woodbridge, Lowestoft, 45 mins, Norwich or Ipswich approx 50 -60 minutes. Guest access Shared driveway and designated car parking next to the cart lodge. The garden adjacent to the cart lodge is for your use but our main garden is private please. We have an external garden table and chairs for your exclusive use during your stay The small staircase accessing the bedroom is steep and difficult to negotiate for disabled guests regrettably. Other things to note We have two friendly dogs and a cat who may be inquisitive! We apologise but due to this we are unable to allow pets. There are public EV charging points within a few miles, but with respect we do not allow plug in charging at the property.
