House in Gärsnäs, close to most things

On the outskirts of Gärsnäs lies the former small farm. A cozy accommodation for up to 7 people with a large garden, several seating areas and a secluded courtyard. Walking distance to train station and grocery store. Gärsnäs is a perfect base for experiencing Österlen's hidden gems and is located 10 km from Simrishamn and about 10 km from Tomelilla, 5 km to Gyllebosjön and 10 km to the nearest beach. The farm also has a barn that you can sit in when the evening gets cold. The space In total, the living area is close to 100 m2. The ground floor consists of kitchen, dining room, bathroom and living room/bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is small, but well equipped and there is a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer is located in the basement one flight of stairs down. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with attached balcony, a twin bedroom (which can easily be converted into a double bed with an associated wide mattress) and a toilet. In the large garden, there is outdoor furniture in several different places on the plot. There are also sunbeds and a charcoal grill. In the sparse barn, there is also a patio furniture where you can sit and extend the evening. Other things to note The house is originally from the late 19th century but has many details from the 60s. The upper floor was renovated in 2020 and the rest of the house is of an older character. We have carefully renovated and tried to keep as much as possible of the house's original charm. Local water, so it's great to drink.
