Large, nice, newly renovated villa with established garden. Plenty of space (336 m2) The light rail is about 250 m from the house (where there are also shopping and bakery) and takes you directly to the main train station in Aarhus in 15 min. The house is very level and therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or very young children. However, it is possible to block off stairs to the upper floor. We only rent the house out when we are away. The space The whole house can be used. There is a terrace with a barbecue and seating. The basement is separated from the rest of the house and it is designed as a clinic. Access to the infrared sauna in the clinic is provided if desired.
