Each cottage is perfectly set up for a family friendly break with fabulous facilities on-site including an indoor swimming pool. The space You have shared use of the grounds with plenty of outdoor seating and built in barbecue areas. Or fire up a cricket tournament on the open field, which is also equipped with football nets and badminton facilities. There is also a communal laundry room, a secure bike shed and a boot room with walking maps and guides to the areas activities. Undeniably tasteful with very English country cottage décor, Rabbit Hutch offers chilled out living with spades of original character. Comprising a dining area, well equipped kitchen and steps down to a snug with comfy corner sofa and TV, there’s plenty of space for four to dine and relax together. The downstairs family bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Rabbit Hutch sleeps four across a first floor double bedroom and a twin room. There is also a convenient upstairs cloakroom toilet between the two rooms. Rabbit Hutch is situated in the tree-lit courtyard and has its own outdoor table and chairs. There is also an outside hosepipe facility to clean your bikes after a day's ride. Boot Room: The dedicated boot room allows you to change muddy boots and wet clothes and leave them in situ without having to take them in to your beautiful cottages. You also don't have to worry about the mud or the wet floor in the boot will do the cleaning! Leisure Complex: Situated in the grounds, the leisure centre comprises a heated swimming pool and upstairs games room with pool table and table tennis. The swimming pool has shower and changing facilities and is heated to 29 degrees all year round. Perfect for resting & recuperating after a long day's walk or as a rainy day alternative to getting out & about. Please note, you will be required to bring your own towels for the swimming pool. Guest access You will have the whole cottage to yourselves. Beds will be made up with linen, and towels are provided. You need to bring your own swimming towels.
