On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. You also have a patio with a seating set. There is also a patio with a seating set and a brick grill with a smokehouse. In the yard there is a sandbox for a child, a mini playground, a basketball court, a table football table, a darta shield. Comfortable home for 4 people.
