Cosy Stable Cottage in the heart of the Island

This cozy cottage was the former Stables and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House dating back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has adjacent private parking. This cottage is next door my other listing Quaint Coach House Cottage which maybe available if this is not The space The Cottage consists of open plan lounge with full kitchen and bedroom with en suite shower area. The accommodation is comparable to a hotel suite. The shower area and the toilet area is compact due to the overall size of the cottage. Comfortably furnished with everything you will need for your stay. Bedding, towels, bathrobes and toiletries are all included. There is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen area together with a starter pack of coffee tea sugar and milk Guest access Being almost geographically central to the Island and with Footpaths, Bridleways and Cycle tracks passing close by everything the Island has to offer is within easy reach. There is a convenience store at Rookley 5 minutes away and several pubs close by. The Islands capital Newport is under 10 minutes away by car with its full restaurant and shopping facilities. Other things to note Wifi is provided with streaming services. This is a pet friendly cottage so if you suffer from allergies this cottage may not be suitable for you. However we do charge a small supplement for pets which is due to the additional cleaning that is usually required. Please mention when booking you are bringing a pet this charge is not per pet but an extra £10.00 on your booking price
