The nearest village is Castelleone, at 2 km away. Once you are fully recharged, you can take in the beauty of Perugia, a rich cultural gem within 20 minutes drive. The city's major highlight is the annual Umbria Jazz Festival, which hosts some of the greatest names in jazz. Assisi, Spello, Foligno, Gubbio, Spoleto and even Rome (150 km) can be easily reached from the Villa Bianconi. Lake Trasimeno is just 150 km from the door and offers excellent bathing facilities, and the beautiful Tuscan beaches are just a stone's throw away. The Adriatic coast is just 1.5 hours away and is perfect for a day trip. The house accommodates 5-6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with washing machine, and a large lounge with an open fireplace. It features gas central heating and hot and cold running water. The highlight of the property is definitely the view of the Tiber Valley--and you can soak it all in from the veranda under the shade of the vines of the pergola.
