Only a short distance by car to the city of Chichester with its famous Festival Theatre and Pallant House Art Gallery. Well situated for horse racing and motoring events at Goodwood, as well as the South Downs, Chichester Marina and lovely Witterings beaches. There are many places to eat in Chichester and the surrounding villages. Please feel free to ask for any help or special requirements. The space TV, Wifi, a small fridge and light breakfast are all provided in the room. Parking is off-road. Guest access We have a swimming pool which requires heating and may not be available on your visit, but do ask as we are happy for guests to use it by arrangement. Please note we are unable to accept any liability on usage. Clothes may be laundered for a charge. Iron available. During your stay Check in is normally from 5pm -7pm but can be earlier by arrangement. Checkout on the day you leave is normally by 10am. Please contact the host about keys/box code.
