Beautiful bright and sunny 2 room Apt. with upscale amenities, very quiet, part of a semi-detached house with private entrance. Steige (5 minutes by car to the city). And our house is located on a very large property at the end of the village, in a wonderful secluded location surrounded by meadows and is therefore very quiet. You have a view of the countryside from all rooms. Here you can still enjoy nature. With us you can park right outside the front door to the apartment. Multiple parking spaces are available. The apartment has been rented to a working lady for the last few years permanently rented. She was a weekend driver, so the apartment was not lived in much. That's why we don't have any new reviews from the past few years in our ad. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance area (in the picture left half of the house) so that our guests can move undisturbed and enjoy their privacy. The front door is connected to a door intercom. And the whole apartment is at your disposal, including a private balcony. In the height of summer, our apartment has reasonably normal pleasant temperatures, as it is located on the first floor (not an attic), so our guests will feel comfortable even then. All rooms are also equipped with fly screens, so you are guaranteed an undisturbed night's rest. You are also welcome to make yourself comfortable in our large garden and in our newly built pergola in 2024 and the other seating areas. Other things to note Bed linens, towels and dish towels (all cotton, no synthetic) are provided in sufficient quantity for our guests. However, if necessary, they can also be taken in addition from the pantry. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine and a hairdryer for you. An ironing board/iron is also available. In the living room as well as in the bedroom, beautiful laptop workstations are available. In the kitchen, which is fully and high-quality equipped, there is a stove with ceramic stovetop, a dishwasher, coffee maker, pad machine, fridge (with freezer compartment) toaster, kettle and microwave. Various foods, such as spices, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, flour, coffee and various teas are also included. Also, there is some current information and maps for activities/hiking/cycling and much more are laid out in the apartment. For final cleaning we charge €40.00 We ask our guests to observe our house rules, which are posted.
