Entering the ground floor of the property, you are greeted by a workshop, which leads to the left to a quadruple bedroom, opposite the bathroom of the bedroom equipped with a bathtub, but also the day toilet for the common area. Further we go to a spacious dining area on the right and then the kitchen on the left, with the breakfast area and the possibility of going out in front of the house, in the own courtyard. The ground floor is beautifully finished with elements of the highest quality. In the attic, you will find the main sleeping area, which houses 4 bedrooms, but also a living room with an extendable xxl corner. There are also 3 luxury bathrooms, one of them with a washing machine and a dryer. The property also offers an office for those who want to work on a laptop. Guest access Guests have permanent access to washing machine, dryer, barbecue, cauldron, summer kitchen, children's playground Other things to note - [ ]   Please do not use the towels for: wiping dyed hair, removing makeup, cleaning shoes, suitcases, floors, etc. For body use only. - [ ]   Please do not damage the objects in the villa; otherwise the guests owe the owners the amount equal to the value of the damaged object and the labor; - [ ]   Please do not take any items from the equipment upon departure; - [ ] Smoking is forbidden inside the villa. Smoking places are set on the terrace and gazebo, which are equipped with ashtrays; - [ ] SMOKING, CONSUMPTION OF DRINKS AND FOOD IN DORMITORIES IS PROHIBITED - [ ] It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts in places other than those provided with ashtrays. - [ ] According to Romanian law, the consumption or marketing of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited. - [ ] In the bedrooms it is forbidden to organize parties, loud music is not accepted. - [ ] Music in the courtyard is accepted until 10 pm, at a low to medium volume so as not to disturb the neighbors. - [ ] Access to the courtyard/house of strangers is only possible with the consent of the administrator.
