The villa has 4 double rooms and a quadruple room, extendable corner; dining area, reading area, work area (laptop)but also a dedicated workshop room.Smart TVs, integrated speaker system,home appliances of the highest quality,but also special finishes with natural materials is what we offer guests. Floor heating, natural materials of the highest quality(marble,granite,wood) are the ones that make the difference between a regular accommodation and a unique one. Entering on the ground floor of the property, you are greeted by a work area (workshop),which leads on the left to a quadruple bedroom,opposite the bedroom bathroom equipped with bathtub,but also the day toilet for the common area. Further on we go to a spacious dining area on the right and then the kitchen on the left,with the breakfast area and the possibility of exiting in front of the house,in its own courtyard. In the attic, you will find the main sleeping area, which houses 4 bedrooms,but also a living room with an extendable corner xxl.There are also 3 luxury bathrooms,one of them having a washing machine and a clothes dryer.The property also offers an office for those who want to work on their laptop. Guest access Guests have permanent access to washing machine,dryer,barbeque,kettle, summer kitchen,playground for children Other things to note - [ ]   Please do not use towels for: wiping painted hair, makeup, cleaning shoes, suitcases, flooring, etc. To be used for body use. - [ ]   Please do not damage the objects in the endowment of the villa; otherwise the guests due to the owners the amount equal to the value of the object damaged and the workmanship; - [ ]   Please do not pick up any items on departure; - [ ] No smoking inside the villa. Smoking spots are set on the terrace and gazebo, which are fitted with ashtrays; - [ ] NO SMOKING, DRINKING AND FOOD IN BEDROOMS - [ ] It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts in places other than those provided with ashtrays. - [ ] Under the Romanian law, the consumption or marketing of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited. - [ ] In bedrooms it is forbidden to organize parties, high volume music is not allowed. - [ ] The music in the yard is accepted until 22.00 , at a small volume to the environment so as not to disturb the neighbors. - [ ] Access to the yard/house of foreign persons is only possible with the consent of the administrator.
