Chalet Robinson welcomes you for a night, a weekend or a few days, take the time to stroll around the site, view the photos, soak up the comments… and you're already there! This spacious home, offers you cocooning and relaxing comfort. You can relax and share a convivial moment in front of a fireplace. Nature takes you a short walk to Authie for a waterfront walk. The space The accommodation is not overlooked and alone on 1 hectare of wooded and uncultivated land, a lawn part in line with nature. It is equipped, among other things, with a fireplace with an insert, a dishwasher and a washing machine. (laundry detergent and washing pods available at no extra charge) with two electric coffee makers including a Senseo, toaster, raclette set , croque monsieur, microwave oven, traditional oven, vacuum cleaner. For toddlers, a baby bed as well as high chair, a bath , baby dishes and toys. Outdoor barbecue with garden furniture, big screen TV, DVD player, turntable with records, trampoline, sunbeds, darts, bikes available. Ping pong table , Balloons, Bluetooth speaker. Guest access The accommodation is fully available with a one-hectare private plot and fenced with gate giving access to a parking space. Terrace, lawn, garage with ping pong table, and wooded grounds. The entrance to the chalet is equipped with surveillance cameras. 1 camera in chalet front that monitors the parking lot of the entrance as well as the gate 1 camera on the garage that monitors the parking lot . cameras recommended by the gendarmerie after a flight.2 cameras that are there to keep the rodeers away as well as a "video surveillance" sign highlighted. No cameras inside the unit or at the back of the Chalet. they are also there for your safety and that of your cars. Other things to note The CHALET is not too far from the beaches. 30 minutes from Berck-Plage or Fort-Mahon. A little further away LE TOUQUET PARIS PLAGE, LE CROTOY or ST VALERY SUR MER. 15 minutes from the Forêt de Crécy. (State forest) 30 minutes from Abbeville (very pretty town) and 1 hour from Amiens (Les Hortillonnages, boat ride on the SUM). When it comes to tourism, a memo containing the various activities and outings is available for your use. It picks up and tells you the surrounding shops, weekly markets, restaurants-brasseries-auberges that can accommodate you for gourmet catering or picnics as well as all the places not to be missed, etc.... As well as put at your disposal different leaflets and tourist maps to help you with your outings and walks. A GUESTBOOK is dedicated to you and we thank you in advance for leaving your impressions and feelings. The house rules state that sheets and pillowcases are not provided. They are for stays of 7 nights or more. For short stays of less than a week, we ask that you bring your own sheets. It is possible for a price of 10 euros per set to provide them to you. Bathroom linens are provided (towels, bath sheets, etc.) at no extra cost, as well as kitchen linens, dish towels, washing liquid, dishwasher pods, as well as basic cooking needs such as salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, sugar/coffee/tea, etc. On the other hand, as far as the fireplace is concerned, you are asked to contribute 30€ for its use. A reserve of wood is available inside. All unburned logs remain the property of the Chalet you rent the fireplace and not a purchase of logs. It is not possible to collect the firewood when you leave , nor collected wood from the land, too wet and can cause a fireplace. Your safety depends on it and the consequences are very serious. Please take note of this and your civility. I also specify that the barbecue must be used only with charcoal. And NOT the logs collected from the grounds or possibly those available for the fireplace. Too wet to consume and far too dangerous near the building. Friends, dogs or cats are of course allowed with an extra 50 euros per stay with a maximum of two pets . Thank you for understanding No refunds will be given for no presentation or early checkout. Check-out from the Chalet is at 11 a.m. It can be postponed up to 12 hours without any hassle with request. If you want to leave much later in the afternoon and therefore lunch on site you can for an additional 30 euros postpone your return. In this case, I'll ask you to ask us in case other guests arrive by 4pm. In this case, this will not be possible. Electric vehicle battery charging is also possible with our agreement. In this case, a contribution will be requested for the additional electricity consumption.
