The Chalet Robinson welcomes you for a night, a weekend or for a few days, take the time to stroll around the site, view the photos, soak up the comments... and you're already there! This spacious accommodation offers you cocooning and relaxing comfort. You can relax and share a moment of conviviality in front of a fireplace. Nature takes you a few steps to the Authie for a walk by the water. The space The accommodation is not overlooked and alone on 1 hectare of wooded and fallow land, part of the lawn in harmony with nature. It is equipped with a fireplace with insert, a dishwasher and a washing machine. (laundry-softener and washing pods available at no extra cost) two electric coffee makers including a Senseo, toaster, raclette service, croque monsieur, microwave oven, traditional oven, vacuum cleaner. For the little ones, a crib as well as a high chair, a bathtub, baby dishes and toys. Outdoor barbecue with garden furniture, large screen TV, DVD player, turntable with records, trampoline, deckchairs, darts, bicycles available. Ping pong table, Balloons, Bluetooth speaker. Guest access The accommodation is fully available with a private one-hectare fenced plot with a gate giving access to a parking space. Terrace, lawn, garage with ping-pong table, and wooded lot. The entrance to the Chalet is equipped with surveillance cameras. 1 camera on the front of the chalet that monitors the entrance parking lot as well as the gate 1 camera on the garage that monitors the parking lot. Cameras recommended by the gendarmerie after a theft. 2 cameras that are there to keep looters away as well as a "video surveillance" sign highlighted. No cameras inside the accommodation or at the back of the Chalet. they are also there for your safety and that of your cars. Other things to note The CHALET is not very far from the beaches. That is, 30 minutes from Berck-Plage or Fort-Mahon. A little further away are LE TOUQUET PARIS PLAGE, LE CROTOY, and ST VALERY SUR MER. 15 minutes from the Forest of Crécy. (State forest) 30 minutes from Abbeville (a very nice town) and 1 hour from Amiens (Les Hortillonnages, boat ride on the SOMME). As far as tourism is concerned, a memo listing the various activities and outings is available for your use. It lists and indicates the surrounding shops, weekly markets, restaurants, brasseries and inns that can accommodate you for gourmet dining or picnics, as well as all the places not to be missed, etc. Various brochures and tourist maps are also available to help you with your outings and walks. A GUESTBOOK is dedicated to you, and we thank you in advance for leaving your impressions and feelings there. The house rules specify that sheets and pillowcases are not provided. Even for long stays. We ask that you bring your own bed sheets. It is possible to provide them for you for a price of 10 euros per set. However, if you wish to invite other people (friends or family) for a shared meal, you can plan this by notifying us in advance. You will not be asked for a supplement. However, if these people wish to spend a night in the accommodation, a surcharge will be calculated according to the number of additional guests. Bathroom linens are provided (towels, bath mats, etc.) at no extra charge, as are kitchen items such as dish towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, as well as basic cooking essentials such as salt/pepper/oil/vinegar/sugar/coffee/tea, etc. On the other hand, with regard to the fireplace, a fee of €30 is required for its use. There is a supply of wood inside for your use. All unburned logs remain the property of the chalet. You are renting the fireplace and not purchasing logs. It is not possible to take the firewood with you when you leave, nor to collect wood from the property, as it is too damp and could cause a chimney fire. Your safety depends on it, and the consequences are very serious. Thank you for taking note of this and for your civility. I would also like to point out that the barbecue must be used only with charcoal. AND NOT with logs collected from the grounds or possibly those made available for the chiminea. They are too wet to burn and far too dangerous near the building. Friends, dogs or cats are of course accepted with an additional charge of 50 euros per stay, with a maximum of two pets. Thank you for your understanding. No refund will be given in the event of a no-show or early departure, even for additional guests who were unable to stay. Check-out from the Chalet is at 11 AM. It can be extended until 12 pm upon request. If you wish to leave much later in the afternoon and therefore have lunch on site, you can postpone your return for an additional 30 euros. In this case, I would ask you to request it from us in case other guests arrive by 4 pm. In this case, it will not be possible. You can also charge your electric vehicle batteries with our consent. In this case, a fee of €10 per night will be requested for the additional electricity consumption. Thank you for your understanding. Linens can be provided for a surcharge of 10 euros per set.
