The space ⦁ Ground floor which contains: A living room with a two-seater sofa, a three-seater sofa and TV A kitchen with all the electrical appliances (stove, dishwasher, coffee maker) A room with a bunk bed (for 2 people) and a closet A bathroom with shower and washing machine A large veranda with table and chairs ︎ Loft-bedroom with a closet, a double bed, a bathroom and a work desk. The cozy layout of the interior of the house but also the large veranda and the swimming pool area, make the house perfect for everyone who wants to combine both indoor and outdoor living. We will be happy to welcome you to our home when you arrive and provide you with all the useful information about the destinations and beaches nearby ,that you can visit. We will also be available for any further information you may need during your stay. Psakoudia is an ideal destination for all the beach lovers because of its coastal location (the house is only a ten-minute walk to the beach). The location of the village, provides easy and quick access to the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki (such as coast "Kalogria", "Saint John" "Trani Ammouda" and many others in the peninsula of both Sithonia and Kassandra). In addition to the variety of accessible beaches, tourists and travelers can also enjoy the mountainous Halkidiki which is only a short distance away (by car) and is really interesting for nature lovers who want to experience the beauty of the wild landscapes of our land and taste the local traditional food. Room with bunk bed and closet Bathroom with shower and washing machine Large veranda ( with table and chairs) •Loft in which the bedroom is located with wardrobe, a double bed, bathroom and work desk. •Basement which is full house with a large window and a skylight there is a double bed, a single bed ,an extra sofa that turns into a single bed and a wardrobe. (The basement is used upon request and with an additional charge of 10.00 euros/night for each person.) We will be happy to welcome you at home upon your arrival and we will provide you with information about the surrounding destinations you can visit,but also at your disposal for any other information during your stay. Psakoudia is an ideal destination for sea lovers as they are located in a seaside area (sea distance from home : 10 minutes walk) providing at the same time easy and quick access to the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki (such as Akti Kalogria , Agios Ioannis , Trani Ammouda and many others located in the peninsula of Sithonia and Kassandra). At the same time, however, travelers can enjoy mountainous Halkidiki which is within walking distance (by car) and is of particular interest to the visitor who would like to get to know the beauty of the wild and pristine landscape and the local traditional cuisine.
