Beautiful home situated in a quiet village; Grendon. Access to 2 ground floor bedrooms, both with a stunning view, large open plan kitchen, dining room, large wetroom and spacious garden. Off road parking available. A non-smoker home and I have no pets. I live close to Atherstone (a historic market town), Nuneaton, Coventry, Coleshill, the NEC, Tamworth and Hinkley amoung others. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the bedroom/s, shared bathroom and use of the kitchen, dining amd garden area if you wish.
