The residential unit is located in a single-family house and is separately accessible as a granny apartment. The unit includes one bedroom. The bathroom and toilet are spacious. Otherwise, you have your own cozy fully equipped kitchen with seating area and dishes, a fridge and much more. You have Wi-Fi. You have space and beds have good mattresses with memory effect. And in 2017, we were the most sustainable and beautiful village in Upper Bavaria. And you can reach your destinations in 3 directions in 30 -40 minutes. The mountains (Chiemgau Alps, Salzburg Alps) can also be reached very quickly for a tour. A 3rd sleeping place is on the same level and suitable for 1 child (was our daughter's room). For swimming, Lake Leitgering (1.5 km), Lake Waginger/Tachinger (16 km) and Lake Chiemsee (34 km) are accessible. Children can also sit on one of our horses (our riding track is about 1 km away).
